This Week's Style Events: Hot Mass, Kate Towers, Timbuk2, and More!

—Another one of these (kinda sketchy) RAW events is up again this week. Their events mash up a lot of creative elements from music to film to fashion. However questionable their business model, lets not penalize the participants—K Dee Designs, Kelsey Noelle Designs, The Swede Sisters, and Sabrina Nash will all be there showing their work for an edition called "Glimpse."Holocene, 1001 SE Morrison, Thurs July 9, 6 pm, $15-20

—This evening Yo Vintage! is setting up at House of Commons for the month, with an opening reception also featuring Non-Perishable Goods. It kicks off the shop's new, seasonal theme: water. (And rose!) House of Commons, 3370 SE Division, Thurs July 9, 6-8 pm

—And, just next door at Nationale is the unveiling of an installation by Kate Towers inspired by the one she did a few years back for Content at the Ace Hotel. Nationale, 3360 SE Division, Thurs July 9, 5-8 pm

—Meanwhile, there's a trunk show for Tiffany Bean's locally designed and made line of women's apparel happening at Grayling, too. Grayling, 3115 NE Sandy, Thurs July 9, 5:30-8 pm

Branch Birdie is also hosting a trunk show for the jewelry line Psyche, designed outta Brooklyn. Branch Birdie, 8021 SE Stark, Fri July 10, 4-8 pm

Halo is adding further markdowns with select inventory inching down another 10 percent… Halo Shoes, 938 NW Everett, Fri July 10

Wildfang is having their semi-annual Wipeout Sale, with items up to 75 percent off! Wildfang, 1230 SE Grand, Fri July 10-Sun July 12, 11 am-7 pm

—This weekend is the Pearl District Summer Sale, with discounts at spots like Mabel & Zora, Folly, Garnish, and more! Just walk around and you'll see! The Pearl District, Fri July 10-Sun July 12

—The second edition of the Church-hosted Hot Mass event is here, featuring live music (like Sun Angle!) as well as a pop-up shop of local vendors curated by Zero Wave. Church, 2600 NE Sandy, Sat July 11, 4 pm, $5

—San Francisco's Timbuk2 messenger bag company has officially settled into its Portland home, and they're having a party to warm it up. Look for foods, beers, live funk by Elliot Ross of Moongriffin, a bike sprints competition (you could win a custom bag!), a complimentary bike valet, raffle, and more. —It's the Mississippi Street Fair! It's going to be a clusterfuck of food, music, drinking, and deals at spots like Merc faves Backtalk and Animal Traffic/The Annex, which is doing 20 percent off everything! N Mississippi between Fremont and Skidmore, Sat July 11, 10 am-9 pm
